Are we mindful or are we blinded by our minds being full at work. Are we mindfull or are we being mind fooled at home and work?

When if at all, are we able to see what we hear? is it ok for the whispers to be loud enough for one to hear?

How much should a manager trust his subordinates?

A question that makes one question authority. Should be included in the question or perhaps in the answer.

Shouldn't not? perhaps is the answer to the question of those who should. 

Often, we find that a manager has the chosen few that he/she trusts their word to be the gospel truth. More often.than not we find that the ones that are within this trust circle are the ones that hold the mantle when the manager is no longer one. No longer operating as one they pick on the one while jealously envisioning themselves as the one. The one they then called and emulated, whose star once refelctively shone on them, now luminescently dim through exhaustion of being too amiable towards the ingratiate.

One should have known better that in a aman eat man society it is those closest to you that chew with the loudest klut.

Et tu brute?

Perhaps the leader should not have lustened to the whispers of the fork tongued about others. Indescretion they listen. In discrimination they acted. Mind you, they did not mind the sheep who ventured far from the flock. They did not mind that it was only one leper who returned to say thank you as everyone watched the group leave. Who would have thought?

As you exercise your mind through thought, think how and which thought you give credence to. The allegory of cave perceived by each as his or their own. Who was more thoughtful, those who chose to believe in the safety of their thoughts or perhaps coming back to share insight on what lay beyond. Who was more thoughtful?

Perhaps we cannot see the future but in hindsight we envision the story of joseph or yusuf if you so believe, whose father Yakub   was blinded from the constant sorrow of losing his son, or so he had been told and led to believe so, but whose eyesight was restored once the shirt of Yusuf was placed over his eyes. Lives were all improved when they all figureatively chose to see beyond the past and could now all could practically see what the future holds. Such a vision they and now we envision. 

They left us with what is right. And on the right path of those who are favoured and not of those who have gone astray we pray to be shown.

See for yourself, which of the favours of the lord will you deny??? 

All you need is to see for yourself and believe what you see. Dont you see? Just trust your vision.  For in sight, in hindsight and in foresight, we question whether we can actually see darkness or lightness. Eitherway, remember that what we see through the eyes or I's if we have it can turn into nay if we stare for too long. Recall that too much light can also be darkness. Your entire life depends on how much you feed your mind. Be it yourself or who feeds you, the nourishment you see, sponge it all.  Afterall it is not only the glutton that burps, even a baby does. Now wothong your comfort zone, .... you decide.
