PARAPROSDOKIAN

By Fareed Omar

Oscar Wilde once wrote.. "Be yourself because every body else is taken."

Who you are is not determined by influencers nor any one else. We try to emulate our icons so much that we forget ourselves.

Everyone has someone that they look upto. Everyone has someone who looks up to them.

Everyone has someone they love. Everyone has someone they hate.

Some have those that they would love to hate. Some have those that they hate because of love.

Come now lets wordle.

The tango between inamorata and inamorato. As we also trance and play with each note that plays.

Take note each note. Understand and differentiate. You need divergence. Take a step but do not miss a step.

Make that turn. It is time, and this time, if you move right, you might just have the might and make the right move. No longer in time but this time. You think have time this time? You? Think! Man up! Man!

Its still your turn. Do you still want to play? The notes are still on play.

Rewind!

Its still your turn! I repeat and reiterate.

Face the music. Not just on the face of it. Save face! Have some sense! Sensei!

Anyway, my two cents is that it takes two to tango. Desmond! Look-see here and hear.

Make that turn. Go! Lead the dance! In your own choreography, you deserve a break, so break a leg. I stammer not, but do not be beat. You may wish to rest and be left in peace, after all the work, after your leave, eventually the tan will go!

Any which way, in joy, enjoy. The tango continues.  Just be careful not to step on toes. Dont force anyone to feel the beat. If anyone should feel the beat it is you. Yet you still continue to sway.

See the light, before you walk into the light. Just stop! Stop being light headed.  You are headed in the wrong direction.

No need to feel like you are in a cell. Let go of the cell. Sell it on sale if you must. Antanaclasis or anthimeria. Call it as u wish. The tone?Deaf! There is cause for alarm. So tone up! Step up, set pace, no longer a foot soldier, step on the floor in rhythm, appreciate the soul and enjoy the cadence, in symphony and in synchrony. Whatever tune you use, for now, there is no instrumental from you. Your partner most definately appreciates your acapella tone at the least. For now however, there is no more ring, perhaps that cell is dead. Either way, in your nature or not, its your call.  Put a ring on it.
